Policies

Ordering Process:
The ordering process reflects our personal approach to business.
- Use the Order Form to make sure you send all the information necessary to process your order
- Contact me if you have any questions prior to placing an order or phone at 610-439-7077 and leave a return phone number

Upon receipt, I first verify that everything you want is in stock.  Many of  the items are one-of-a-kind, so this is important. If not, I'll contact you for instructions (see Partial Shipping policy below). Then compute the actual shipping costs and any tax which may apply.

If you have chosen an online payment option (preferred!), you will then receive an e-invoice from that payment service - watch for it! If it's your first time using the service, you may not recognize it automatically, and delete it, thinking it spam, so be careful! I will usually send you a reminder email if I haven't seen payment come through in a few days.

If you chose to mail in your payment, I'll send you a confirmation email, along with payment instructions.

Please note: Payment must be received within a week of the confirming email or e-invoice, else I will assume you have changed your mind about the order and release the inventory for sale.  If you need longer to get payment in, please advise so I know to continue to hold the merchandise....

Shipping
Unlike many other sites, who charge high fees, padded to more than cover costs, I make every effort to charge you exactly what it costs.  That will include postage, insurance and delivery confirmation. In some cases, that may include packaging costs. I ship USPS Priority Mail for most articles.  In the case of very small articles, I'll give you the option of shipping by regular post, if that will save money.

I DO ship internationally.  I will confirm back with the shipping information in a confirmation email before any charges are made, so we can decide what shipping option works best.

Upon receipt of your order email, I check the combined weight and value of the order to determine exact shipping costs.  These are given to you BEFORE the order is finalized.

For reference,

** Many single item packages( or 2 small items) can ship in the $3.85  USPS Priorirty Mail package.  To that add insurance for the amount (starts at $1.30)

** Full cabaret costumes shipping is usually no more than $15.

Payment Options
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Amex. NOTE: do NOT provide your card number in any email EVER to me or to ANYONE!!!!  Paypal is our secure credit card processor.   You will get an e invoice from paypal with your total to pay.  Offline credit cards can also be accepted, but online is faster....
Money orders, cashier's checks are welcome.
Personal checks are accepted, but goods are held until they clear.
Partial Shipments
I will not partial ship without your permission.  This saves you shipping costs, preventing you from placing a number of small orders.  It also allows you to reconfigure or cancel your order if everything you want is not in stock at the time. Many sites will partial ship without your OK, and it can cost you money and time - be aware of this as you shop around the net......
Returns
If you want to return an item, CONTACT ME first, to receive a return authorization code.  Returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt.  Items must be returned with 2 weeks of receipt and must must not be worn or damaged.  Refunds will be for the purchase price less shipping costs. Returns should be shipped, insured, to the address I will provide with the code. Returns made without the code will not be credited.
